velv started at my kitchen table, but the pieces were never meant to stay there. They belong on a table where people actually sit down, drink their coffee and talk. So if you run a place where that happens, I would love to hear from you.
Every piece is handmade, in small batches, with materials that last. Just timeless pieces that get better with use. That is how I like to work with others too: straightforward, personal and for the long term.

A flat white tastes different from a cup that fits your hand. I make cups, bowls and plates for coffee bars that care about the details. Available in sets, and I can keep restocking if needed.

Plates, bowls and serving pieces that let the food do the talking. To me ceramics can be a perfect canvas. Tell me about your menu, your table and your guests and we can match our products.
Interior & concept stores
Looking for a small ceramics brand to ad to your collection? I am lucky enough to tell that velv is already on the shelves of a handful of beautiful stores in the Netherlands and Europe. I offer wholesale prices, a selection that fits your store and honest advice on what sells.
Interior designers & architects
Working on a home, office or hospitality project and need pieces that are not from a catalogue? The raw finish of ceramics can make your project stand out. I studied interior architecture myself, so I speak your language.
